Nikki’s hands-on approach to teaching, learning, and coaching is driven by her experience and willingness to defy conventional wisdom so that organizations and their people can achieve desired outcomes. Wendy is living life to the fullest. She completed her most important leadership assignment in 2020 when she handed over the reigns and ownership of the company she built. Abby Carroll is a vital part of our operation. She assists our clients in furthering their emotional intelligence by helping them to actually measure strengths, limitations, work preferences, and leadership potential. She specializes in knowing and recommending the right assessment that will meet our clients’ needs and inquiries.
