Nikki holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and has a powerful track record of building cultures with intent, enhancing employee engagement, and coaching individuals to hone their leadership abilities. She is trained and certified as a neuroscience leadership coach and masterfully weaves the understanding of neuroscience principles into leadership execution. Nikki’s hands-on approach to teaching, learning, and coaching is driven by her experience and willingness to defy conventional wisdom so that organizations and their people can achieve desired outcomes. Her “meaningful impact over ineffective activity” approach has helped guide organizations to achieve prestigious accolades from FORBES and B-Corps, as well as garner “Best Places to Work” recognitions.
Wendy is living life to the fullest. She completed her most important leadership assignment in 2020 when she handed over the reigns and ownership of the company she built. She personally selected and invested in the most talented, upstanding, client-centered people possible. Knowing that Curt Swenson is leading FSI has been one of her greatest joys of all time.
Ann Swenson is the Vice President/CFO and Master Consultant with FutureSYNC, International. Ann is a veteran educator with 20 years of teaching experience, consulting, and facilitating for various initiatives. She recently retired and joined the FutureSYNC team as a consultant and facilitator. She is happy to help with any of your business needs!
Kim Lewis joined the FutureSYNC team in April of 2021 after retiring from her own small business of 22 years. From answering emails and phone calls to building proposals and contracts, Kim thrives in the “behind the scenes” world. Abby Carroll is a vital part of our operation. She assists our clients in furthering their emotional intelligence by helping them to actually measure strengths, limitations, work preferences, and leadership potential. She specializes in knowing and recommending the right assessment that will meet our clients’ needs and inquiries. Abby coordinates and processes the assessments for our clients and has helped in the development of surveys specific to their needs.
