Hard-Wiring Accountability & The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
FutureSYNC Consultants
November 2017
One of the topics that our FutureSYNC (FSI) consultants are frequently asked to address is the hard work of creating a culture of accountability and moving teams towards ownership of behaviors, culture, and organizational outcomes. FSI is creating significant team and culture breakthroughs through our partnership with Patrick Lencioni and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
This team development program is based on five essential understandings: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Thorough understanding and application of these five pillars has transformed groups of individual into high-performance teams throughout the country and across all industries.
Trust is the foundation that allows all teams to rise. This program targets the fundamental human need to form mutually protective alliances through vulnerability-based trust. When teams have a foundation of vulnerability-based trust, team members feel safe to engage in productive conflict that is focused on concepts and ideas instead of personal needs being met. This conflict becomes a means for debating different perspectives and landing on the best possible solution.
FutureSYNC believes in teaching these pillars in the hopes of helping organizations to function at their best for the benefit of employers, employees, products, and clients. If you or your organization is interested in the program, please contact FSI to learn more
