In an address to the State University of New York in 1931, Albert Einstein spoke about education. He gave a great analogy for true education. He said:

“If a young man has trained his muscles and physical endurance by gymnastics and walking, he will later be fitted for every physical work. This is also analogous to the training of the mind and of the mental and manual skill. Thus, the wit was not wrong who defined education in this way: ”Education is that which remains, if one has forgotten everything he learned in school.”

The training of the mind that he is talking about is critical thinking. By training yourself to think critically, you can achieve better outcomes, not only in your field of work, but in all areas of life. There are always problems, issues, and complications. Things don’t always go our way. People are not always easy to work with. Engaging employees can feel like trying to breathe life back into to the dead. Meetings, personal agendas, work/home balance, and conflict: this is reality in today’s world. The salve to start a successful healing process in all those hard to navigate situations is critical thinking.

The crux of Future SYNC’s Executive Intelligence: Advanced Critical Thinking program is to teach the art of critical thinking. During this process you will learn very specific methods that will allow you to analyze your default patterns and infuse critical thinking methods in order to achieve better outcomes. The result for the disciplined leader will be a quantum leap in your intentional Executive Intelligence.

The next Executive Intelligence is currently scheduled to be in Helena, Montana November 15th & 16th, 2017. To find out more about this or other FutureSYNC programs, contact us. To apply for acceptance into E.I. complete fill out THIS FORM!
